At Susana Fashion, we strive to process and ship your orders quickly and securely.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout once the customer enters their shipping address.

Certain orders may qualify for free shipping, depending on the total purchase amount or active promotions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

Susana Fashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
